Either way, our school requires 75th percentile to honor. Our school gives almost no weight to shelf, only need ~30th percentile on shelf with honors level clinical evals to get honors on the clerkship. Similarly, a perfect score on shelf cannot raise a high pass clinical evals to honors for the clerkship.

OMM Comat 2021. Just took this exam. Studied Dementor OMM Deck, which goes over high yield topics from Savarese. Went through all all of Comquest's question bank for OMM (125 questions) and studied the anki deck above. Think I did very well, enough to pass at least I think. We take IM COMAT for first one and then IM shelf for second one. I took step 1 during my first IM rotation and delayed shelf towards end of second IM rotation. So I'm basically taking 2 IM shelf exams within a week now. COMAT is done and I'm sure I passed (fingers crossed).
