If you use nap time super soul with meditation you have no ki regen on SSBE. If you use Fu’s you get a small ki regen. So it is up to you what you want. Personally Super Vegeta 2 with Fu’s super soul is a pretty hefty damage dealer, you’ll be doing extra damage while generating ki pretty fast to keep dps pretty constant.

I think there's the Broly soul you mention, then there's the other Broly soul that boosts all your attacks enormously in the first 20 s of battle.
